We are real estate professionals with nearly 30 years of combined experience in executing complex projects from a variety of perspectives. With backgrounds in finance, project management, and real estate law and development, we are also unafraid to roll up our sleeves and do whatever it takes to accomplish our objectives. Importantly, we have an eye for anticipating issues, an appreciation for nuance and detail, as well as an unyielding mindset towards solving problems.  

May has a strong passion for design, fashion and technology. Her career spans established retail brands such as Ralph Lauren and Kate Spade to retail tech startups. She found herself in various entrepreneurial pursuits, leading to working on self-building Garrison House with her husband and culminating in founding MAOR.

Peter’s passion for construction stems from growing up in a family of builders and developers, and having worked in construction throughout his college years. He actively invests in real estate development projects in the New York region and quickly learned that he loved the way that it tied so many of his interests together. Peter has over a decade of experience in negotiating solutions for his clients as an attorney, representing real estate developers, lenders and operators.

May and Peter live in the Hudson Valley with their three children. In their free time, they enjoy roaming new places, building new things, and fixing old things.
