MAOR is advising a homeowner who is self-designing and self-building an off-grid cabin on a 200 acre property in the Midwest. Our scope of services include working directly with the client on schematics and design details, including relating to solar system design, rainwater retention; as well as advising on budget, subcontractor agreements, and construction sequencing.
